Company Procedures whilst operating on construction sites 

In respect of the recent restrictions in place due to Covid-19, Woody’s Concrete Company Ltd and team are continuing to operate in line with previous government guidance. As set out on gov.uk, Working safely during Coronavirus, Other people’s homes we have maintained the following procedures to ensure the safety and welfare of both our staff and clients:

PPE: As a purely precautionary measure, Woody’s associates will be wearing face coverings where and when necessary and possible during their time spent on site

Wash Your Hands: Woody’s associates may request, where appropriate and possible, to access soap and water to wash their hands prior to and following a hands-on work. Where this is not possible, Woody’s associates will use an anti-bacterial hand sanitizer and may wipe down any surfaces they come into contact with

Social Distancing: Please remain the recommended social distance of 1m+ (2 where possible) from all Woody’s associates for the duration of their time spent on site

Non-essential personnel: We kindly ask that anyone not contracted by Woody’s or directly involved in works, vacate the space for the duration of time it takes for installation

Waste Disposal: Woody’s will provide all materials required to carry out necessary works and/or maintenance and will not leave any waste on site in your internal waste disposal(s)

Site Preparation: In order to assist Woody’s in performing a safe installation, we ask that you prepare the site by ensuring the space is well ventilated, where possible, that Woody’s have sole access via one designated entrance/exit and that the space is free of any obstacle or hazard to avoid unnecessary contact with these items

Lateral Flow Test: All Woody’s associates will complete daily Lateral Flow Testing prior to attending site
